About Zoomies
Hi there! My name is Pam, and I am the founder of Zoomies. Although our company’s journey began in 2022, the stylish and colourful dog products you see on our site should be credited to my younger self.
When I was a little girl, all I wanted was a dog. I would beg my parents every few months to get one, but the circumstances were never quite right. I was too young to handle all that responsibility, we lived in an apartment, we led busy lives, and so on. However, that never stopped me from spending my evenings researching dog care, training, and breeds! Responsibly, I also began saving money in the hope that one day I could buy my very own furry friend.
There came a point when my poor, tired parents promised that if we ever moved into a house, we could get a dog. Well, that fateful day finally arrived when I was 11 years old and we got a miniature schnauzer puppy who I lovingly named Sparky.
Sparky was a little ball of energy back then, and a bit of a troublemaker, but, he was my dream come true and I loved him from day one. He has kept me company through the good times, and the bad. He is a handsome, intelligent boy and my inspiration for starting this pet accessories business.
Zoomies was born because I wanted to merge my love of crafting with my love for pets, and with lots of help from my family – and some unpaid modelling from Sparky – this idea became a reality.
All of our products are designed, sewn, and packaged with love and by hand. Zoomies pays the utmost attention to detail and pick fabrics that we hope will both turn heads and last.
