About Our Products

What materials do you use?

Our products may contain 100% cotton, cotton blends, flannel, and/or polyester. Bandanas are all two layers thick. Ties have a layer of fusible interfacing for added stability. We cannot guarantee that our products do not contain other materials.

Shipping

How do you ship my order?

Small orders are shipped through Canada Post in an envelope with no tracking. We cannot guarantee the estimated delivery time calculated by Canada Post. If you would like a tracking number, please select the tracking option at checkout.

Do you have shipping services to the US?

We do! US Customers, please select your shipping method at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Do you offer shipping promotions?

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States on orders over $75 (before taxes)!

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How can I return my product?
